The Senior Industrial Designer will independently lead the design development of products for the Housewares industry as a strong individual contributor on both strategic and execution level. Most commonly, injection molded plastics, ceramics, glass, metals and wood manufacturing.Need to have a working knowledge of engineering to ensure products can both execute properly and in the most cost-efficient manner.Must have the ability to manage project timelines independently.Must have a team-focused mentality and motivated to learn new skills.Must be a creative, analytical thinker, problem solver, who is detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.Must be able to read, write and speak English.Must have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written and be willing and able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the company.
