This role will be an integral part of our journey to deliver a digital health ecosystem that empowers dialysis patients and providers to fully realize the potential of home peritoneal dialysis therapies.OverviewBaxter's long history of creating/driving establishment of all dialysis standards of care worldwide is expanding now with Sharesource - the first major remote patient monitoring/management platform for the care of patients on peritoneal dialysis therapy

Digital health is a key growth platform for Renal care, as well as for Baxter overall. This role is central in continuing to drive/develop our leadership in this space.

What You'll be DoingTake on a leadership role in formulating and assessing white-space, exploratory and new product development opportunities. Develop data-driven market assessments, business cases and product concepts to mature ideas through the pipeline.

Lead the launch readiness efforts for digital solutions and services that lead to workflow efficiencies for clinicians caring for peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients

Develop marketing plans/uncover new opportunities based on customer needs while working with other functional areas (e.g., R&D, Regulatory, Sales, Medical)

Develop launch assets, training materials, and go-to-market resources and drive launch readiness activities for regions/countries

Scope of responsibility ranges from existing product portfolio/line extensions to concept/introduction of new product lines, including workflow/interoperability solutions that connect clinical information systems to the suite of developing digital tools in the Sharesource portfolio.

What You'll BringBS/BA degree. MBA strongly preferred.

3-6 years of experience in marketing; previous marketing experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry required.

Experience with EMR data integration solutions or services

Must be skilled in communication, managing in a matrix, negotiation, and strong executive presence

Proven experience in early-stage innovation in the digital health space using customer-centric concept development approaches (agile, lean start-up, user centered design, minimum loveable products)

Demonstrated success with preparing regions/markets for launch, including assessment of business cases, development of promotional and training launch assets, and conducting training sessions and launch readiness reviews

Solid/demonstrated ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data

Proven skills in messaging, branding, creative product/program development, portfolio marketing, go-to-marketing planning and preparedness, training delivery and software/digital pricing models

Strong results orientation with solid financial/business acumen

Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders, including negotiation, influence, and setting a standard for marketing and launch excellence.

Proven track record in successfully launching new products globally and managing projects to successful completion.

Strong understanding of sales processes, account management and commercial excellence.

Prior experience in shaping evidence generation strategies or dissemination of clinical evidence as a part of commercial marketing and marketing campaigns.

Experience in renal replacement therapies or similar product/therapy marketing and sales is highly valued

Demonstrated successes in product management and therapy marketing strongly preferred, preferably with some prior experience in software applications in healthcare or in the consumer healthcare space

Proven success in working with teams globally is strongly preferred.

Prior education or experience in software product management, computer science or other technical field using computers or IT is preferred - or experience in product management of a technology portfolio or product.

Prior experience in a chronic disease space, or specifically in dialysis, is highly valued

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
