You create your future and ours.JOB TITLE: Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Excellence and OperationsJOB SUMMARYWorking without significant direction, provides leadership within North America in the areas of strategic imperatives and objectives, marketing communications strategies and sales tools, and operational solutions to enable business growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIESLead Marketing Operations to streamline and optimize marketing processes and workflows, ensuring efficient execution of creative marketing deliverables and throughput, including ROI and channel optimization.Identify, collect, and drive marketing milestones and operations such as the annual plan, summit planning, quarterly updates, and monthly report outs. Centrally coordinate integrated action plan and dashboard report outs to identify risks to plan and operate with independence to anticipate and solve/mitigate.Support Commercial Operations to streamline and optimize commercial and sales processes and workflows to enable sales with marketing strategy such as pricing, value proposition/quantification, sales enablement (quoting) tools, etc.Lead the development and implementation of marketing operations best practices, including data governance, lead management, channel management, and marketing attribution models.Lead budget planning and management for marketing activities, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations and IT, to integrate marketing systems and data, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with sales processes.Create, document, and train marketing processes, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing leadership team to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.Coordinate efforts with global marketing, communications, medical/scientific, reimbursement, sales, training, sales operations, and other functional areas to produce innovative marketing strategies that speak to customer needs.Establish and is held accountable for the achievement of sales and market share goals for assigned strategies, especially those that are cross segment such as services and softwareDesign and support implementation of an ideal customer experience for new and existing customers through coordination of sales training, clinical in-service assistance, and marketing programs. Analyze and resolve problems.Monitor and analyze indicators of business performance and sales funnel velocity such as Sales vs. Forecast (units, revenue, gross profit), actual vs. plan selling price, product mix, disposables utilization, competitor information, and other relevant marketing factors. Identify solutions to increase sales funnel velocity to create more customer advocates faster.Coordinate launch and post-launch activities, ensuring launch excellence to drive a cohesive NA flight plan including execution and accountabilityAct as single point of contact for internal functions for segment insights and stakeholder needs, communicating customer insights (product experience, pains/gains, market opportunities/threats, competitor activities)Work closely with the sales organization and marketing managers to successfully identify business opportunities, support tools, and new marketing programs in a timely and high-quality manner.Provide direction on the design and implementation of promotion, sales force collateral, and customer communication materials to ensure consistency with customer's needs and the system selling approach.Identify key messages to support strategic imperatives for segment, work closely with marketing communications to design and execute omni channel communications strategies. Evaluate communication and documentation programs and support tools for effectiveness through customer and sales force feedback as well as objective research.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor's degree, or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.ExperienceMinimum 7 years experience, preferably in the area of marketing communications, marketing, and/or sales.SkillsExtensive knowledge of sales/marketing strategic planning and program delivery.Ability to assess customer needs and market trends within the context of product and business capabilities and the ability to translate this assessment into workable strategy.Ability to work effectively and comfortably with physicians and other medical professionals, as well as with all functions and levels within the business organization.Ability to understand scientific facts and package them into a cohesive communication model for customers and sales associates.Experience marketing a portfolio of solutions beyond just products- e.g., software, services.Working knowledge of pricing strategy- for product launch as well as ongoing management.Requires a thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics as they relate to product, price, and distribution.Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.Extensive knowledge of product applications/therapies and the markets of the product(s) for which the incumbent has responsibility.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
