The Visa Global Digital Sales team is a new team responsible for building out a digital response and sales coverage engine supporting multiple digital sales centers, enabling Visa to accelerate growth, leveraging continuous innovation with an optimized sales model while building deeper relationships with our customers.We are looking for a manager of communications to lead our digital sales team's internal and external communication strategy. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and informative content across various channels, such as email, social media, webinars, presentations, and sales collateral. This manager will work closely with Digital Sales Global COE team and will partner on annual operating plans, analyzing effective communications strategies and reporting on the business.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive communication plan that aligns with the digital sales team's vision, goals, and priorities.Create and edit high-quality content for various audiences and platforms, such as sales and client talking points, case studies, and white papers.Work with the Digital Sales Global Sales team to develop high quality communications materials, including presentations and talking points.Monitor and measure the performance and impact of communication activities using analytics tools and feedback surveys.Identify and leverage best practices, trends, and innovations in communication to use for digital sales communications efforts.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales leaders and partners.Develop and execute communications and change management plans for digital sales organization.Partner with cross functional teams to define and execute change management plan to drive sales culture adoption.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, or a related field.

* At least 5 years of experience in communication, preferably in a sales or e-commerce environment.

* Proven track record of developing and executing effective sales communication strategies and campaigns.

* Demonstrate ability to craft and deliver compelling messages, influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive organizational change

* Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

* Strong knowledge of communication tools and platforms, such as email marketing, social media, webinars, podcasts, and newsletters.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Creative, strategic, and analytical mindset, with a passion for communication and digital sales.Additional Information

This position will be performed in an office setting. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
