How Will You Contribute to the Company? \ We\'re looking for a sales representative to sell to Small and Medium-sized companies via the telephone and internet in a defined geographic territory. The goal for the Inside Sales Representative is to grow our customer base and be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through the booked sale. Come be part of a first-class sales team.\ \ What Will You Do?

Achieve territory sales objectives through sales of products and services to new customersIdentify sales opportunities through lead generation, follow-up, networking, and building relationships with potential customers, carriers, and partnersAdopt Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions sales methodology and adhere to our sales processMake recommendations to prospective customers that align their business needs to our technology solutions and servicesManage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and closeDevelop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and servicesDevelop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, and competitive offeringsEstablish and maintain a clean and healthy pipelineProvide accurate and dependable forecasts on a quarterly basis

\ Qualifications \ Minimum Qualifications:

AA (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experienceTwo (2+) years of experience in a sales roleDocumented success in achieving and exceeding assigned quotasExperience in presenting a sales demonstration to the clientConsultative, solution-based sales methodologyStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills

\ Preferred Qualifications:

Successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customersExperience selling to Directors and/or business ownersExperience with networks and/or cellular carriers
