(Chicago/Hybrid) The Brand Marketing Manager will work as a cross-functional liaison across the organization with a focus on maintaining brand consistency, support the development of campaigns and outward facing materials. This role will be responsible for leading efforts to create integrated campaigns and initiatives in support of the organization’s 5-year strategic goals and initiatives. The Brand Marketing Manager will work with the Sr. Director of Brand on strategic planning and implementation of materials and experiences, conduct ongoing brand awareness research, maintain Brand Central (our go-to internal resource for all things brand and marketing), monitor and manage our brand review tracker, and building awareness for the brand. This position is based at our headquarters located in downtown Chicago.

We are seeking an individual with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications or equivalent experience. Individuals with a college degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years is required, preferably at a marketing or advertising agency, non-profit organization or experience working for an in-house marketing team or agency.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

Brand Development :

Develop branded messaging, campaign elements and materials, while supporting the development of our integrated campaigns and initiatives from a messaging, creative and strategic planning perspective—mapped to our key moments and organization-specific brand pillars.Collaborate with Senior Director and Leadership to contribute to the development and execution of the brand-building strategy and initiativesManage brand campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.Collaborate with internal and global teams to lead and react to brand needs, guide brand events, and serve as a bridge between brand needs, public relations needs and content development.Conduct brand research and additional brand awareness building partnerships and opportunities.Ensure all brand communications adhere to brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelinesWork across the organization as a liaison to ensure brand consistency at a global level.Manage Brand Central and ensure the most up-to-date brand materials are posted and available. Serving as brand lead on the creation of branded materials and assets.Project Management:

Serve as the project manager for the development of our brand strategy and manage internal campaign calendar, and lead project management on key campaigns and moments.Manage external vendors and partners.Manage all phases of the process, from concept to completionCoordinate meetings with clear agendas, meeting notes and action items to keep projects on scheduleAdministrative:

Maintain good system documentation and Standard Operation Procedure for processes.Manage invoicing and budgeting of project as it relates to brand campaigns and strategyTechnical Skills & Abilities:

Adaptable to a dynamic environment with strong interpersonal skillsExperience with Digital & OmnichannelBroad understanding of marketing and branding best practicesExpertise in the suite of Microsoft products (Word, PPT, Teams) as well as in SharePointExperience in faith-based marketing with a focus on Christian and Jewish faithsExperience with project and vendor management and strategic planning in support of specific goals and with the ability to meet defined KPIsProven experience creating compelling marketing messaging and materials in support of brand campaigns and initiativesKnowledge of branding best practices, marketing funnel and marketing basics, someone with creativity and the ability to apply that to the development of best-in-class campaigns and creative materials.Strong attention to detail to ensure visual branding continuity across our global organization.Experience executing and managing integrated campaigns, marketing campaigns and initiatives.Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing/communication skillsAbility to travel domestically and internationally for day trips and overnightExcellent attention to detail; strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
