Our client, a top-tier retail mortgage lender, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join their team!
You Will:
• Manage assigned marketing projects.• Define project goals, ensuring clear understanding and communication with non-technical staff.• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies.• Monitor and update project timelines and milestones, keeping the department informed.• Oversee cross-functional calendars and budgets.• Maintain project reports and files for record-keeping.• Foster and maintain relationships with external vendors.• Communicate project status to teams, stakeholders, and leadership.• Partner with internal teams to develop project estimates and timelines.• Contribute innovative ideas to support the team's vision.
You Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.• 3+ years of marketing project management or coordination experience preferred.• Experience managing brand and/or digital projects.• Experience in financial services is a plus.• Background in managing digital, technology, or software projects.• Familiarity with project management tools.• PMP certification is a plus.• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Logistics:
• Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Cleveland, OH)• Fulltime employment
