About the team
Adaptive ML is helping companies build singular generative AI experiences by democratizing the use of reinforcement learning . We are building the foundational technologies, tools, and products required for models to learn directly from users' interactions, and for models to self-critique and self-improve from simple written guidelines. Our tightly-knit team was previously involved in the creation of state-of-the-art open-access large language models such as Falcon-180B. We have closed a $20M seed with Index & ICONIQ, and we already shipping a first version of our product, Adaptive Engine, to our customers.
Our Commercial Staff is responsible for swiftly bringing the technology and product we build to our diverse customers and to the community. We strive to answer direct pain points companies encounter in their generative AI deployment, and our Commercial Staff also acts as the voice of our customers, contributing to our product and technical roadmap.
About the role
As a Technical Content Marketing Lead in our Commercial Staff, you will
play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness of Adaptive ML
and
enhancing understanding of the advanced ML technologies that power our platform , including LLM preference alignment techniques like reinforcement learning (RLHF and RLAIF). You will focus on promoting our brand and Adaptive Engine product through impactful and strategic content.
You will be
responsible for producing and coordinating technical content
that spans various channels-blogs, social media, webinars, website, and events-supporting thought leadership and campaign initiatives. By driving the positioning and messaging for Adaptive ML, you will evangelize our technology and collaborate with customers to produce compelling case studies and testimonials. Additionally, you will conduct market and competitor analysis to identify unique messaging opportunities and uncover market potential.

self-driven, creative, and passionate about the future of generative AI . This early role offers the opportunity to directly shape our commercial team as we grow.Your responsibilitiesLead the creation of impactful technical content across all channels -working with our Technical and Product Staff to develop blogs, social media posts, webinars, and website updates to a managed cadence;Drive positioning and messaging for Adaptive ML,
ensuring consistency and alignment with our values of technical excellence, honesty, and clarity ;Collaborate with customers to create compelling case studies and testimonials , promoting the content across various channels to drive leads and brand trust;Manage outbound marketing campaigns
related to product launches and updates;Conduct market and competitor analysis to
uncover market potential and unique messaging opportunities ;Contribute to the product roadmap
by reporting on feedback and trends in the ML community;Report clearly on the
metrics-driven impact of your work
to a distributed collaborative team, with a bias for asynchronous written communication.Your (ideal) background
