We work with more than half of the world’s most influential beauty brands, and our roster includes 700+ incredible brands over the last 31 years.

In continued pursuit of our vision, we expanded into direct-to-consumer brands in 2019, first through Anisa Beauty, shortly followed by the launch of Rose and Ben Beauty.

About our Founder:

Anisa Telwar Kaicker founded our organization in 1993 from humble beginnings, Anisa International is the only self-funded and female-owned cosmetic brush manufacturer in the world.

The Team

At Anisa, the Corporate Marketing team aspires to be the guardian of the corporate and brand guidelines. We take pride in how we “show up” in the world. Marketing is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all internal or external corporate communications concerning our product offerings, corporate initiatives, meaningful events, team member acknowledgments, and our advocacy impact. In this department, our team members are committed to creating branded marketing materials that are informative, creative, engaging, and compelling.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Director is pivotal and responsible in developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the company’s products. This role encompasses strategic planning that aligns marketing efforts that deliver high-level business growth goals for Anisa International.

Brand management ensures consistent messaging, and lead generation through various programs such as content marketing and digital campaigns. The Marketing Director will support and develop marketing team members, to be accountable for campaign performance, communicates strategies and while, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and staying updated on industry trends to adapt strategies aimed at building relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy & Execution:

Collaborate with the CEO/CMO to align marketing vision and strategy, ensuring the growth of current customer relationships.Planning:

Manage and deploy disciplined marketing processes for calendarization, ensuring timely and on-budget execution.Product Launches:

Oversee the product launch calendar, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Conduct in-depth analysis of product campaigns and launches to identify successes and areas for improvement.Lead Generation:

Develop compelling, lead-generating marketing strategies to acquire new customers or expand into adjacent markets.Channel Development & Ownership:

Develop and execute marketing strategies across various channels, including trade publications, industry events, social media, email campaigns, and website management.Branded Materials:

Lead the creation, proofreading, editing, and dissemination of branded materials. Ensure brand tone and guidelines are maintained across all content. Manage the creation and distribution of campaign visuals and brand decks.Project Management:

Lead and unify the project management of all marketing initiatives, integrating the team into established processes and aligning activities with the overall strategy.Analysis & Reporting:

Track and analyze all marketing initiatives, identifying successes and areas for improvement.Administration:

Create and manage Marketing SOPs. Prepare and organize meetings as needed.QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required.Experience:

8+ years of marketing experience. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of success. Passion for delivering great customer experiences and building high-performing teams. Experience in the Cosmetic, Beauty, Fashion, Luxury/Consumer Goods, or Accessories space is a plus.Content Development:

Expertise in content creation, channel optimization, and maintaining brand consistency. Experience with social media and content integration is required.Copywriting:

Proven copywriting experience, with a strong record of success. International marketing, advertising, and traffic expertise is required.Cultural & Product Awareness:

Passion for creativity, storytelling, and brand elevation through digital media. Innovative mindset with a commitment to delivering unique content while adhering to brand standards. B2B marketing experience is required.Process Efficiency:

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to create and execute plans effectively. A high level of focus on the details, process-driven, and capable of holding leadership accountable.Communication:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.Technological Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms. *Experience with Box, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Monday is a plus.Organizational Skills:

Problem-solving and creative by nature, yet highly organized and comprehensive. Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive and energetic attitude. Self-starter with strong motivation and resourcefulness.Adaptability:

Flexible and engaged, capable of working necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
