Studio71 is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ad Coordinator, Podcast Network to undertake a variety of general sales duties to improve our strategy. This position has a lot of room for growth. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success among research, improving sales, and networking with a willingness to learn and ask questions. They should demonstrate knowledge of the entertainment industry, have a strong work ethic, and meet or exceed KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Traffic between Brands, Agencies, and Talent to help monetize podcasts.Research, develop, and improve sales materials and strategies through best methods, software, networking, agencies, industry feedback, and technological innovationsAccounting and tracking revenues for podcasts, as well as coordinating payments to podcast talentHelp meet established ad revenue goals through innovative, creative, and strategic sellingDeveloping and maintaining quality relationships with advertisersManage campaigns from start to finish, troubleshooting to meet delivery goals and campaign requirements.Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and keep detailed records on correspondencesProficiency in ExcelSelf-starter attitudePassion for Podcasts and audio storytellingExperience in advertising sales for media, radio, tv, agency, or similar position requiredExperience with Attribution Tracking is a plus
Salary Expectations
Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 annually + benefits + bonus
