We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in planning and executing sales enablement and marketing strategies that drive lead generation and product awareness. You will be responsible for creating compelling product marketing collateral for our internal teams, managing tradeshow strategies and execution, and supporting our sales team with the necessary marketing collateral to close deals.

Responsibilities:Product Marketing Collateral: Create and maintain marketing collateral such as case studies, slide decks, and other materials for internal teams and the sales team to utilize in client interactions.Tradeshow Strategy and Execution: Plan, strategize, and execute company participation in industry tradeshows, ensuring maximum brand exposure and lead generation.Testimonial and Case Study Collection: Gather and curate customer testimonials and case studies to be used in marketing efforts and product promotions.Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.Content Development: Create engaging marketing content that supports product launches, campaigns, and sales initiatives.Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products, including the development of sales decks, one-pagers, and other assets.Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, success and other departments to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of marketing strategies.Branding and Creative Design: Support the maintenance and alignment of branding guidelines and creative assets to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.Proven experience in event planning and execution.Strong writing and content creation skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.Excellent problem-solving skills.Proficiency in creative design tools (e.g., Canva and Adobe Creative Suite).

Work Environment: This role is in-office/hybrid with up to 20% travel required for tradeshows and events.
