The Director of Marketing will work directly with the company President, Senior Level Management Team, and external resources to develop objectives and strategies to achieve overall business revenue and profitability objectives. The Director of Marketing will play a critical role in the development and execution of both internal Core Ideology programming and external market-facing brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

Compensation:

$130,000 - $180,000, depending on experience

Essential Responsibilities Statement(s)

Maintain overall responsibility for the development of the annual marketing plan working collaboratively with the company Leadership Team and external organizations.Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and execute lead generation and business development programs.Develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external audiences at company locations across the country.Maintain responsibility for the development and execution of internal and external social media strategy.Develop all collateral and promotional materials for customer target audiences.Maintain responsibility for the development and execution of all print, video, and social media content.Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, People Support, and others to develop and maintain appropriate social media strategies for the company.On-going development and execution of annual customer satisfaction and market research programs.Maintain responsibility for overall company brand development efforts to build awareness, consideration, and commitment.Develop and maintain the branded apparel and swag program, sourcing vendors and implementing a cost reduction strategy.Other duties as assigned.Competency Statement(s):

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or other related field. Masters preferred.Experience:

4+ years' experience as a marketing manager or related positions. Logistics experience a plus.Computer Skills:

Advanced computer skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, Access and Word. Ability to master internal computer systems. Experience with SEO marketing technology tools, their usage, and data analytics.Additional Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, to include business writing and publication experience preferred.
