Who you are

As the Community Marketing Manager at OnMed, you will play a pivotal role in driving OnMed’s community engagement and market presence. You will leverage your expertise in marketing strategy and communication to enhance OnMed’s visibility and reputation and spearhead local media buys as needed. With a keen understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes, you will craft compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target communities. Your role will require you to be a confident public speaker, self-starter, and adept at fostering human-to-human connections, whether in-person or through digital channels.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement:•Act as a brand ambassador, engaging directly with community members and stakeholders to foster relationships and advocacy.•Plan and execute community events, workshops, and seminars to educate and engage the community.•Identify a strategy for measuring the impact of marketing activations with increased utilization at CareStations.

2. Strategic Planning and Analysis:•Contribute to the strategic planning process, aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.•Develop key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

3. Marketing Campaign Management:•Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned platforms.•Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign objectives are met on time and within budget.•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local media outlets, identifying local-level influencers, and relevant stakeholders.•Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights.

4. Travel and Public Speaking:•Deliver compelling presentations and speeches to diverse audiences, showcasing the outstanding health services OnMed provides.•Represent OnMed at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

5. Team Collaboration:•Collaborate cross-functionally with OnMed’s Sales and Account Management teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.

Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer at her discretion from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities•Proven experience in media relations, public relations, or corporate communications.•Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.•Experienced in capturing content for use on social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).•Must be comfortable leveraging live social media tools on the ground.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and persuasively.•Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to evaluate data and translate insights into actionable strategies.•Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.•Ability to build collaborative relationships.• Must be able to thrive in a changing environment. Education & Experience•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.•Three to five years of experience in community marketing, media relations, or a related role.
