We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team and drive the hotel's growth and success in the competitive Seattle market.

Job Description:

The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, increase market share, and enhance the overall brand presence of the Warwick Seattle Hotel. This role requires a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the Seattle market and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.Identify and target key market segments, including corporate, group, leisure, and social events.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team performance objectives.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, tourism boards, and other relevant organizations.Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.Coordinate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue management practices.Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and marketing initiatives.Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines in all marketing communications and activities.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably in the Seattle market.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong understanding of the Seattle market and its unique business dynamics.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising strategies.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends and performance metrics.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and sales strategies.Knowledge of hotel management software and CRM systems.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.Must have strong local market knowledge of SeattleOpera knowledge is helpful!Benefits:
