POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to the sales team and their clients and agencies throughout a campaign’s life cycle. This includes communicating media specifications, deadlines, content guidelines, providing file delivery assistance, scheduling confirmation, and post-campaign reporting. Review order details to ensure contract fulfillment, review media files to ensure they comply with MPA and internal content guidelines and drive strategic collaboration across internal teams to ensure accurate campaign execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

Deal stewardship through NCM’s internal systems and various departments from the time a deal is proposed until completion:

Receive, review, process, and schedule contracts to ensure accurate information is in place for media production, scheduling, billing, legal and revenue recognition.Comply with all department routines in regard to process, compliance, and documentation for SOX compliance and execution.Review detailed client information via CRM, assisting sales to build and improve upon the quality of new and existing client relationships.Preview client supplied legal terms or alterations to NCM’s standard terms and conditions, while occasionally interpreting NCM’s legal terminology to sales and clients.Facilitate clear communication between sales and accounts receivable finance to protect NCM’s financial interestsInterface with the sales team, their clients and agencies to manage advertising logistics:Provide technical specifications, delivery instructions, and media deadlinesManage all media-related questions, including troubleshooting media deliveryReceive and review media for ratings appropriateness, and communicate any edits neededShare campaign details and comprehensive reportingUnderstand the complexities and capabilities of NCM’s internal software systems as well as distribution capabilities in order to allocate and schedule client creative breakouts accurately and within client expectations.Provide excellent customer service throughout a client’s campaign and sometimes before a deal closes and beyond the campaign’s end. Establish trust and confidence with clients by giving customer-friendly communication to help lay the foundation to retain clients.Assist with the resolution of any issues while proactively anticipating and addressing further inquiries.General:

Work closely with all members of the Advertising Operations team, providing support and backup when needed.Collaborate cross-departmentally to achieve shared goals.Build a firm understanding of upstream and downstream effects of system functionality, to identify and solve problems, and provide solutions to benefit both NCM and its clients.Use Microsoft Office software (Word, One Note, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.. etc) effectively and productively.Perform other duties and assist with other projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 1 – 2 years related business experience

Education: College degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Work Conditions :

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

SALARY RANGE & BENEFIT OPTIONS FOR COLORADO APPLICANTS:

Salary Range: Base Salary $XX per hour plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
