Meyers+Associates is looking for a graphic designer to solidify our brand in client-facing materials and who works to expand our services into environmental and brand design.
We envision the Graphic Designer working closely with our Director of Marketing, starting off by supporting the day-to-day graphic design needs of Meyers+Associates, including presentations and marketing collateral. As relationships strengthen and opportunities arise in the Design Development phases of client projects, you’ll become the go-to for art direction and design expertise, creating fresh brand systems and environmental design that supports clients and elevates our architecture and interior design work.About Meyers+Associates:Meyers+Associates is a full-service architecture and interior design firm that creates thoughtful spaces and delivers innovative solutions that invigorate communities and the people in them. Located in the Uptown District of downtown Columbus, Ohio, we take an integrated approach to architecture fostering human connection, positive transformation, and sustainable outcomes.Learn more about us at meyersarchitects.comRequirementsWho you are:A multidisciplinary graphic designer with 2-5 years of experience who is comfortable designing in a wide variety of applications to create cohesive identities.A curious learner, who stays abreast of trends and cultural insights and applies them to daily creatives.You can effectively build trusting relationships, gain respect from leaders and partners, and be viewed as a strategic expert and adviser.Self-starter and team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills interested in working as part of an internal team and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to present and articulate design solutions to clients both verbally and via text narrative.Proven ability to address multiple projects with intersecting timelines within work hours.Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.Ability to maintain a cohesive visual identity of an organization throughout applications.Proactive, flexible, and team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.Organized file management and attention to detail to share work seamlessly across multiple designers.BenefitsOur comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, maternity and paternity leave, paid holidays, and paid time off including the week between Christmas and New Year.
