If so, we have a perfect opportunity for you to combine your love for winter sports with your creative talents as a Content/Social Media Coordinator at our ski area in the picturesque Colorado mountains. Help us tell the Cooper story to entice guests to visit Cooper during the upcoming season. Duties and responsibilities

Create engaging content for our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Capture high-quality photos and videos of the ski area, events, activities, and guests throughout the season. Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of posts that align with our brand and marketing objectives. Write compelling posts, captions, articles, and website copy to accompany visual content and engage our audience. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with our online community. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Sales to promote special events, promotions, and initiatives. Manage email communications with customers, including newsletters, announcements, and promotional offers. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketing. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Degree in marketing or a related field recommended. At least two year of experience working in marketing or a related field preferred. Proven experience in content creation, social media management, photography, videography, and email marketing. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and effective copy for various platforms. Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and partners. Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate with others on the Cooper team. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, during the ski season. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding skills with a genuine passion for winter sports. Working conditions This position is based both inside and outside, exposed to temperature extremes (below 20 degrees), sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice) and high altitudes (10,500+ feet). Physical requirements Must be able to walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain, climb/descend even/uneven/slippery terrain, climb/descend stairs, stand and/or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift objects that may be heavy, etc. Benefits
