Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWeb Designer/Developer – for immediate startBroce Manufacturing is a leading producer of construction & industrial street sweepers. We are seeking a dedicated web designer/developer to join our marketing team in the Fairview, OK office. You will help maintain and enhance our current website(s), help design new websites, eCommerce, SEO, and help with other varieties of online related projects. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, show amazing attention to detail, and have technical knowledge in web development.Our marketing department works in mixed media (websites, printed material, interactive media, social media, videos, etc.) so having an awareness of the importance of how different elements complement one another is highly recommended.Job Qualifications:

Proficient in WordPress developmentStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, and some knowledge of PHPSEO Awareness and AnalyticsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite using tools like Photoshop and IllustratorStrong knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designSolid understanding on website performance and securityHave a strong eye for visual composition and excellent eye for detailsUnderstanding of a PC computerEffective time management skillsAble to give and receive constructive criticismKnowledge of Constant Contact and its design restrictions a plus but not necessaryKnowledge of social media (Facebook & Instagram) and their design restrictions

Ideal candidates will have experience with key tasks including:

Using custom WordPress themes & pluginsFont-end development and responsive designMobile responsiveness (Our websites must be optimized for all devices including mobile, tablets and desktop)Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop designs suitable for our companyKeep up-to-date with trends in web design techniques and software.Deliver concise, accurate documents as defined by Marketing Manager.Proof-read all work to produce accurate and high-quality work.Review graphics, layouts, fonts, colors and sizing.
