Essential FunctionsDevelop and implement corporate social media strategy based on brand guidelinesCollaborate with marketing and design teams, as well as executives, to develop effective social media marketing campaigns across multiple platformsWork closely with the CEO to ideate, create and curate contentAnalyze and monitor the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and contribute to discussions for improvementsCultivate engagement with our followers and social media users and encourage greater social media participation in an effort to grow our online brand through a multi-platform campaignConstantly research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities and brand directionSet, monitor, and report on KPIs associated with social media campaigns, such as targets for certain number of shares or links and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIsQuickly pivot, redesign and adjust to data driven resultsCollaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)Communicate and complete day-to-day program execution including, but not limited to, tracking of status, key deliverables, and major dependencies in accordance with content calendarIdentify opportunities to influence public perception through our audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brands social media strategyIdentify client/coach needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topicsEnsure all-around consistency of brand (style, fonts, images and tone)Attend team meetings as requiredBe able to work flexible hours as needed, both in the office and on-siteOther duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Marketing or similar field (waived depending on years experience)Demonstrated work experience in various social media platformsDemonstrated ability with content management SystemsSolid knowledge and application of online content strategyProven ability to publish blogs and social copy via a portfolioDemonstrated collaborative, organizational, and operational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projectsGoal and deadline orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills
