Target Range:$65,000.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships: Identify, vet, and scope new strategic partnerships to drive business development and growth through research, referrals, and other avenues.Negotiation & Relationship Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with existing and new partners to ensure mutual benefits and long-term success. Applies the ability to optimize from lead to revenue through negotiations and can translate that data into actions.Affiliate and Paid Media Campaign Management: execute paid media campaigns through new channels with command of best-in-class paid marketing tactics, attention to detail and command of performance metrics. Manage affiliate marketing campaigns in line with the monthly and annual budget. Responsible for scaling volume efficiently using the data and forecasted goals within the affiliate channel.Influencer Marketing: play a key role in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Performance Analysis: Define, measure, and evaluate results, providing actionable insights into campaign performance to partners and stakeholders.Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further business interests and advocate for marketing initiatives.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.Proven experience in identifying and managing strategic partnerships.Hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns with budgets over $1M per year.Ability to manage priorities and maximize business impact efforts.Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.Accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to finish tasks on schedule with minimal supervision.Quick to master technical information.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, affiliate, and influencer marketing.Axos Employee Benefits May Include:
