Kontoor Brands is looking for a Photo Studio Coordination Specialist to join our team. This role is an integral part of Kontoor Brands Marketing Operations Department and plays a key role by supporting the development and execution of ecommerce, catalog, and selling materials photography. This on-site role requires a proactive, highly organized, and skilled individual to work seamlessly across Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production elements of the in-studio photography operations. The scope of this hands-on role covers assistance in planning, communicating, coordinating, and executing photography assets critical to the business. This position reports directly to the KTB Photo Studio Coordinator and will support the KTB Photo Studio Coordinator and assists the photo studio team in the planning and detailed execution of photo shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-ProductionAwareness and understanding of daily Photo Studio shoot scheduleAssist with the request and processing of product samples each PDP SeasonAssist with coordination of models, stylists, hair & makeupResponsible for the coordination and execution of pre-production needs across product receipt, product and styling preparation, and shot list creation and communication with in-studio photographersAssist stylists in style out sessions prior to shot (Specific to Western)Production

Ensure all needed materials are on-set and readily available for photo shoots in accordance with daily shoot scheduleAssist with briefing talent (models, stylist, HMU) with the production outline for each shootActively engage and assit with on-set photography process needs as outlined on the Daily Shot ListPost-Production

Handle communication and return of product and other materials to appropriate departments after each photography shootAssist with updates to the Master Shot List post completion of photography shootsOngoing

Daily problem-solving regarding schedule changesIdentify opportunities for process improvementTeam player able to work equally well with people in business, creative, and technical positionsWell organized with an ability to focus on details, multi-task job assignments, and implement within deadline-driven environmentExperience/Education:
