Our client, the world's leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a
Sourcer - Animation
who will be part of our Client's Series Animation Team and will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent within the animation industry across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority. With proven expertise in sourcing and networking, this person will be instrumental in building a talented pool of candidates to meet the staffing needs of our client's production teams.
This is an
onsite, 6-month contract
in
Los Angeles, CA.
Flexibility to work onsite 2-3 per week is a must.
You must be in the US and have no H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is
up to $75.00
per hour plus benefits through Talent Table. There is
no C2C.
Core Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Recruiter and Associate Recruiter to understand and prepare for short and long-term staffing needs of the studio by understanding the stylistic and direction of projects across Adult Comedy, Adult Genre, Preschool, and Kids & Family.Conduct proactive and strategic sourcing activities to identify and engage potential candidates for all roles, from entry-level to senior leadership, across all disciplines.Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to build a diverse candidate pipeline.Initiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized outreach and communication, showcasing our studio's culture and exciting projects.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and informative responses to inquiries and following up with candidates periodically to support a trusting ongoing relationship and ensure the accuracy of information.Assist in screening and evaluating candidate applications, resumes, and portfolios to identify new talent that aligns with our studio's hiring needs.Build and maintain talent communities with an updated candidate database, by ensuring all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible to the recruiters and Artist Management.Key Qualifications, Skills, and Person Specification:
Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar recruiting role, across a broad spectrum of talent pools, within Animation or an adjacent industry (such as Gaming, VFX, or Production).Quick study with a high degree of curiosity and proactivity.Deep passion for animation and an understanding of the production pipeline in areas including development, production, and post.Knowledgeable of animation roles in production, story, art, and editorial departments.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Proven track record of resilience and positivity in times of change and ambiguity.High level of professionalism and discretion in all work efforts and interactions.Appreciation for the importance placed on recruiting inclusively and how that should be ingrained in the work of this team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates and build strong relationships.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and pipelines simultaneously.
