Company Description

Reporting to the EVP, On Premise, you will inspire the On Premise Marketing vision by building the channel marketing strategy and driving the development of a diverse and inclusive On Premise culture. You will lead the development of year-through segment and Key Account programming, supported by Brand-lead programming. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the marketing strategies, programming and events accelerate commercial growth across the entire On Premise channel and are delivered on the highest standard. You will oversee the On Premise Trade & Key Account Marketing, On Premise Festival & Event, Consumer & Industry Marketing and (12) regional On Premise Marketing departments.

Job Description

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

Oversee the implementation of the National On Premise Marketing strategy, Festival & Event strategy and Consumer & Industry Marketing strategy

Set the short, mid and long-term goals for the On Premise Marketing department, contributing to Red Bull's overall commercial goals (expand distribution, secure new business, increase account execution and increase consumer demand in all On Premise segments)

Lead teams around big bet projects and channel-relevant inputs, insights and business priority alignments, key account development, and annual business planning- driving collaboration between partners from Key Accounts, Distribution, Business Insights, Consumer Insights, Data Analytics, Finance, and Marketing/ Brand

Develop national strategic partnerships to accelerate growth in the On Premise channel

LEADERSHIP AND TEAM CULTIVATION

Set the vision for and lead the development of a diverse and inclusive On Premise culture

Cultivate ideas that cement us as a leader in the space

Lead the On Premise Marketing department to success through empowerment, year round mentoring of our HQ On Premise Marketing leadership

Design and implement On Premise performance management and Goal development

DELIVER COMMERCIAL RESULTS

Install calculated definitions and principles for successful channel and key account programming; analyze performance to deliver applicable conclusions

Direct smart tests that protect our brand integrity while promoting objective decision-making on new ways to deliver sales results

Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and key account programming ensuring we are being perceived as leader in the space through increased brand relevance, consumption, and space in outlet

BUSINESS PLANNING

Support the SVP, On Premise in the development of the annual On Premise plan, own strategic decision-making related to marketing strategies that support On Premise growth

Accountable for the strategic development of the annual national On Premise Marketing plan

Lead the strategic development of the 12 annual regional On Premise Marketing plans, providing guidance to the national On Premise Marketing leadership and field teams, ensuring all Marketing plans accelerate On Premise growth

Be the first contact for Global partners, On Premise Leadership and Marketing Leadership to identify opportunities to use marketing efforts in the On Premise channel that improve business growth

Steer regular alignments with On Premise Leadership, Marketing Leadership, Finance, GM's and Global partners to align goals and create relevant marketing programs into the On Premise channel

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Oversee a multi million dollar On Premise Marketing, Key Account Marketing and Festival & Event budget

Forecast accurate budgets on a three year time span

Coach national On Premise Marketing leadership to ensure budget planning follows the national strategy

Improve national budget and legal structure where needed

Qualifications

10+ year's of experience in Marketing/ Sales Management

Leadership experience

Experience with the On Premise channel, festival and events, brand marketing strategy and the ability to find creative and unique solutions

Experience developing short to long-term strategic commercial marketing plans that improve business growth

In-depth knowledge of market research

Experience creating large-scale programs, campaigns or projects

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $223,000 to $246,000 + cash incentives

Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
