As a Senior UX Researcher I, your purpose is to lead and conduct user research to inform product design decisions. You will analyze data, generate insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Your work will directly impact the development of intuitive and user-friendly products.
Responsibilities
Gathering, evaluating and has a solid understanding of customer use cases.
Maintaining close links with UX Designers, ensuring that user feedback and testing are fed into the design process.
Segmenting markets and understands needs of those sub-segments in greater detail.
Identifying and addressing the right problem with a thorough analysis of the brief.
Working with UX Designers to define structure and layout of the product.
Summarizing data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources to understand context of research work.
Identifying gaps where data is needed and works with business to fill them.
Using research software (Qualtics, Lookback, Usertesting.com) to expert level.
Requirements
Have great attention to detail and able to produce high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma or similar tools
Have solid design experience, a broad UX skillset covering, user research, user experience and user interface design
Have a portfolio showing experience designing shipped products that meet user needs, product requirements and business goals
Have great attention to detail and able to produce high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma or similar tools
Be able to build on the work of other designers, using an existing pattern library and contributing to it
Be able to build on the work of other designers, using an existing pattern library and contributing to it
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal, communication and presentation skills including articulating design concepts to a range of audiences
Understand how to work with Figma, Qualtics, Tetra Insights, Monday.com, Adobe XDQualtrics
