JOB TITLE:

Buchanan Center Marketing Intern

JOB PURPOSE:

This position will allow for open communication from the University and its department, allow for a better connection to our alumni base, and encourage community & student participation in various events, festivals, and intensives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job duties may includeManage Social Media AccountsPost posters in desirable areasCreate innovative social media designsVisit classes and rehearsals to gather promotional materialsIncrease following on various platformsAssist in creating a marketing planOther duties as assigned.REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school degree, marketing experience, interest in the arts, proven experience in social media promotion

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Interpersonal effective communicationAbility to learn and adapt to trends on social mediaExperience in promoting an institution or self on various platforms
