Get creative with crafting original text, designing eye-catching graphics, and whipping up engaging short-form videos. You'll team up with our marketing and recruiting squads to elevate SCA's brand and drive our social media game to the next level. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:Social Media Management:

Create, manage, and oversee multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.Content Creation:

Develop and produce content to inform, educate, and engage the brand's audience, boosting awareness and achieving marketing goals.Ad Campaigns:

Run and optimize targeted ads on social media platforms to support marketing objectives.Analytics Tracking:

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.Competitor Research:

Research and compare competitor social media accounts to assess performance and identify opportunities.Content Support:

Assist in creating and curating content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.Trend Monitoring:

Stay current with the latest social media technologies, design tools, and industry trends.Recruitment Support:

Aid recruiters in posting job ads and communicating with candidates through social media platforms.Top of FormBottom of FormSales / Marketing Support:

Oversee the company store inventory and supply chain, including the coordination and ordering of trade show marketing event items. Contribute to employee morale initiatives by organizing and managing employee giveaways and contests.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Pursuing bachelor's degree in digital communications / marketing / design or related field such as advertising or journalism2+ years' experience in digital marketing/social media marketingPositive attitude and customer service-oriented mindsetImpeccable oral and written communication skillsExcellent internet research skillsKeen understanding of the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap, and Google+Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance.Experience with content management systems, word processor applications and image/video editing software.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIRMENTS NECESSARY TO DO THIS JOB :

To excel in this part-time Social Media Internship, candidates should be able to work efficiently in a typical office setting, which includes sitting at a desk for extended periods and using a computer for most of the day. The role demands keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, so strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. Mentally, you should be adaptable, creative, and able to think critically to develop engaging content and strategies. A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are crucial for thriving in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
