Novo is looking for an exceptional, high-performing, and passionate Head of Performance Marketing to lead the strategic acceleration of the company's growth ambitions.

Reporting to the EVP of GTM, the Head of Performance Marketing will lead our Performance Marketing Team, owning the strategy, innovation, execution, and growth of our performance marketing program, inclusive of all existing channels and strategic expansion into new channels.Responsibilities:

Lead and build out a team of high-performing digital marketers whilst collaborating closely with key marketing, business development and external stakeholdersAcquisition: proven track record of delivering acquisition and payback goals through digital channels in fast moving, competitive environmentsStrategy: Partner with our Integrated Marketing team, develop and manage the end to end digital media strategy and media plan, including audience targeting, channel mix incl SEO and conversion optimizationFinancials: Maintain the budget and key metrics for digital channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Video and Audio. Develop and manage channel forecasts and budget recommendations whilst continually looking for new growth opportunities that inform investment decisionsTesting and optimization: partner with our Analytics team to continually learn and improve results through rigorous A/B testing across all channels. Optimize campaign performance, developing a testing framework and test into new channels.Product: work with the growth product teams to develop, deploy, and report on site testing and conversion improvementsTechnology: owns majority of the marketing tech stack and is on the cutting edge of industry trends. Will partner closely with other key stakeholders, including data analytics and business operations to drive process and technology improvements and efficiencyRequirements for the Role:6+ years of proven track record of delivering acquisition results over and above expectations. Recognized as a leader in their field and ready for the next challengeStrong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to manage and attract exceptional talentDetailed experience in multiple channels from search to higher funnel media planning and can model the impact over time from multi-channel investmentsExceptional analytical skills, with fluency in spreadsheets and BI tools with technical experience managing a marketing stackOutstanding communications and presentation skillsStrong project management skills and attention to detailHow We Define Success:Not all growth is the same - success in this role is defined not only by driving top of funnel growth but also by optimizing our targeting strategies and tactics to drive bottom of funnel value. Your ability to tie top of funnel activities to revenue is paramount.You will work across a number of new channels and tactics. Success is dependent on your ability to adapt, learn, and grow.Nice to Have, But Not Required:Experience working for a fintech companyBachelor Degree in Marketing or related field

Salary Range (NYC): 145-174K annualized salary. This range is not inclusive of discretionary bonus or equity package, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City.
