Responsibilities:Direct line manager for the Executive Casino Host teamAchieve measurable goals and objectives with the Executive Casino Hosts, including maintenance, retention, development, and acquisitionExecute the regional comp strategy and internal guidelinesEnsure Executive Casino Hosts maintain close ties with high value guests through personal contactHandles difficult guest situations in a calm, professional and prudent mannerResponsible for leading the Executive Casino Host Team to meet and exceed VIP goals and KPIsUtilize data reporting when running daily operationsWorking with their direct line manger to continually examine and evaluate monthly and quarterly KPIs while providing recommendations based on the resultsEstablish an effective working relationship with all operating departments and understand departmental and company policies and proceduresProvide leadership and oversight to Executive Hosts through regular recognition, coaching and feedback to enhance their performanceCarries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with departmental and company policiesPerforms all other duties as assigned by Department LeadershipPro-active management style that looks beyond problems and current practices to develop solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the departmentThe duties listed are not set forth for the purposes of limiting the assignment of work and are not to be construed as a complete list of the many duties normally to be performed under a position title or those to be assigned and performed temporarily outside of an employee's normal line of workEssential Functions:

Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of timeMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalencyPrevious experience managing casino hosts team or equivalentProven experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing or other account managementSales driven, computer literate with an emphasis on Excel, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquetteDetail oriented with effective time management skills and the ability to produce results while working under pressureThe ability to work independently, offer top tier customer service and identify customer trigger pointsAnalytically curious with the ability to think outside the box to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyExcellent knowledge of gaming and the gaming industryExperience hosting customers within a Hospitality environment, preferably within a casino environmentThe ability to travel and attend company sanctioned eventsPreferred Qualifications

Multilingual2+ Years of relevant leadership experience in the casino marketing industry

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $95000 to $110000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
