As a Content Validation Production Engineer, your primary responsibilities will involve testing and deploying demo content, Apple Intelligence, and experiences on Apple devices worldwide. We strategically deploy demo content across various devices and multiple localizations to ensure a seamless and relevant customer experience. This role demands an individual with the ability to strategize and prioritize immediate and long-term content deployment objectives, possess a keen attention to detail, project management expertise, and a strong customer-centric approach.

Description

In this role, you will: Build and test iOS, tvOS, watchOS, VisionOS and macOS demo content images to be deployed to millions of demo device worldwide Validate content and apps in multiple languages prior to deployment to demo devices Create and maintain technical documentation for internal stakeholders Design production testing strategies that outline short and long term objectives, taking into account new demos and updating content several times a year Work with geo teams to coordinate demo content validation in region and address any issues that arise post-deployment

Scripting experience with PythonExperience with macOS, iOS, watchOS, tvOS, VisionOS and Apple hardwareExperience with Unix-based systems and their command-line toolsDetail oriented, with strong organizational skillsExperience documenting technical guides for internal audiencesProven ability to collaborate and work cross functionallyPreferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer EngineeringComfortable working with content in foreign languagesExperience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), asset management, or iOS device deploymentExperience in having maintained equipment in large labsComfortable testing network hardware and running network specific testingTechnical project management experienceExperience with AI/ML, Swift, GITPay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $205,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
