Job DescriptionJob Title:Sr. Manager, NA Partner MarketingDepartment & Team: NA Integrated MarketingReports to: Ludy Morales-DunningLocation:Virtual (Raliegh or Indy preferred)Summary:The Genesys North America Integrated Marketing team is looking for a rock star marketer to own a segment of the overall partner marketing strategy. As the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing, the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will need to understand go-to-market (G2M) and partner sales priorities of the business, apply a "General Manager" mentality, and build a partner marketing plan to deliver on those priorities through virtual and in-person marketing events.The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager needs to identify and generate awareness and demand by using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics. The focus is on the top NA partners to meet the growth objectives of the business and drive pipeline acceleration. This partner marketer is also responsible for interfacing directly with partner sales leadership, partner account managers and requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team, and organizational teamwork, excellent communications, and project management skills, along with a passion for driving the right partner, customer and prospect experience.

In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director of NA Events and you will work closely with the extended team to execute a wide range of demand generation programs to ultimately drive leads and pipeline. The team is seeking someone who is strategic, able to work in a fast-paced organization, and is a team player who will add to the Genesys culture.Key responsibilities:Develop a partner marketing plan with input and expertise from key internal stakeholders; to include hybrid, digital and in-person programs.Manage the relationship with the top NA VARs, TSD, BPOs and GSIs.Facilitate the conversation with partner sales stakeholders and align partner marketing plan to meet partner sales and marketing goals.Develop and drive joint plan to meet and exceed partner marketing and sales objectives, leveraging a mix of events.Build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders to ensure Partner Sales/Marketing alignment on all programsManage the allocated partner marketing budget to drive optimized investment and ROIKnowledge, Skills and Experience:A minimum of seven years software/technology partner marketing experienceExperience working with partners (VARs, TSDs, GSIs and BPO) preferedHighly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid, sometimes ambiguous environment.Experience creating and delivering events with partners.Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time.Experience owning pipeline targets is a plus.High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.Knowledge of lead generation and sales cycles for revenue growthKnowledge of Salesforce, Asana and other MarTech is preferred30% travel requiredBachelor's degreeCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.$90,600.00 - $177,800.00
