Position:

Senior Digital Strategist (Healthcare, UX, Digital Marketing)Summary:We are seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to join the team at our client location. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining human-centered digital experiences that align with strategic goals. You will work closely with the AVP of Digital Health & Innovation, providing expert recommendations and leveraging your experience to drive digital initiatives from development to maturity. Your work will span digital products and platforms, including telehealth, patient portals, digital intake, self-scheduling, virtual assistants, and more.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Development:Develop and implement digital products, platforms, and vendor solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and operations leadership.Balance innovation with practicality, ensuring digital solutions meet business goals and user needs.Conduct needs analysis to identify business needs and goals, using technology and analytics to make informed recommendations.Utilize dashboard trends to identify where users drop off and what they are looking at, and recommend changes accordingly.Improve user experiences (both internal staff and external patients) by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, recognizing trends, and recommending enhancements.

Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with IT and operational leaders to ensure digital platforms are performing as intended.Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to identify and automate manual and labor-intensive processes.Promote end-user engagement and system adoption through effective communication and training programs.

Design & Innovation:Employ a design thinking approach to all digital transformation projects, ensuring a user/client-centered design.Develop mockups, wireframes, and other visual representations of proposed user interfaces, experiences, and workflows.Evaluate the quality of data survey feedback to understand patient responses and make data-driven improvements.

Project Management:Support project planning by estimating timelines, resources, costs, and return on investment (ROI).Be a champion for leveraging and aligning digital technologies within the organization to improve efficiencies and consumer experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Design (UX, Service, Industrial, etc.), or a related field required.Master's degree in Information Technology, Design (UX, Service, Industrial, etc.) preferred.

Experience:

5+ years in the healthcare setting or a relevant industry.3+ years implementing digital solutions aimed at improving consumer and staff experiences.Proven experience in digital transformation services and technologies such as RPA, AI, Client, virtual health, mobile health apps, and personalized medicine.Expertise in user-centered design, UX research methods, UI, and usability.Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and applying findings to the development and design of digital health user experiences.Experience designing user-centered experiences and implementing digital systems/processes with a revenue-generating or cost-saving impact.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and navigate challenges in digital transformation projects.Understanding of the challenges in digital health tool implementation, including digital literacy and accessibility.Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive digital initiatives forward.Proactive, innovative, creative, efficient, and passionate about healthcare technology.

HYBRID opportunitySalary: $79K - $95K
