We're seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Intern to join our dynamic marketing department, bringing fresh and creative ideas to help us achieve our objectives. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing and implementing marketing strategies while also supporting various administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

•Collaborate on marketing campaign planning and execution.

•Contribute to the creation of diverse content, including written, video, and imagery for various marketing channels.

•Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.

•Conduct market analysis and research to gain insights into competitor activities.

•Assist in coordinating promotional activities across multiple channels, including social media, email, direct mail, and the web.

•Act as the liaison for internal employee communications, ensuring effective HR support.

•Develop detailed promotional presentations aligned with our brand standards.

•Maintain and update our company database and customer relationship management systems.

•Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

•Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Communication Manager.

This part-time position starts as seasonal but has the potential to become permanent. You'll enjoy flexible hours, with up to 30 hours per week, and will be based at our corporate office in Wichita, KS. Requirements

Qualifications / Skills:

•Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.

•Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

•Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.

•Ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

•Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Education and Experience Requirements:

•Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

•Previous experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) is advantageous.

•Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

•Experience in photography, image and video editing, and graphic design is a plus.

•Understanding of geo-fencing techniques preferred.
