Human ResourcesSummary:The Senior Manager, Global Corporate Communications, is responsible for developing and executing global communications strategies and programs that enable robust internal culture and empower continual internal engagement across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications and overseeing a small team of communications professionals, this role will partner with high-level internal stakeholders on a range of projects and programming that help nurture the Company's high-touch culture and its Mission-driven Legacy. This role is heavily focused on internal communications; however, the right candidate will have the drive and ambition to identify and execute strategic external communications opportunities that align with company strategy and fit the Mission and Vision of the company. The Senior Manager, Global Corporate Communications, is a highly visible, hands-on position that supports Company leadership, Global Corporate Communications, Human Resources and other internal teams. Accordingly, the successful candidate should be adaptable, able to juggle multiple inputs simultaneously, shift gears quickly, remain comfortable under pressure, and live out the Hollister Immutable Principles of Dignity of the Person, Service, Integrity and Stewardship. Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment.Responsibilities:Develop and drive overall internal strategic communications to inform and inspire a diverse global population of Associates.Conceptualize, research and develop internal communication plans and high-quality content across various channels and digital platforms to support Hollister's Mission and further business objectives.Partner directly with senior executives to support internal communications and organizational culture efforts.Collaborate with the broader Global Corporate Communications and HR teams to drive meaningful global internal communications programs - including change management and executive communications - within regions and business units that support and build awareness of key Company strategies and initiatives.Work alongside the Hollister Global Events Teams to inform, engage and inspire a global audience of Associates through the planning and execution of a range of virtual and hybrid internal events and programming.Coordinate global adherence and ongoing refinement to corporate brand guidelines/policies and review process in collaboration with Global Marketing and Regulatory leadership.Liaise with external vendors and agencies to support real-time corporate communications needs.Lead and develop a diverse group of experienced corporate communications professionals as a "player-coach" to successfully execute and deliver effective, innovative and cost-effective corporate communications programming.Effectively communicate goals and objectives. Inspire team members to achieve excellence.Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance and support to the team for professional growth and development.Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and effectively manage team performance to ensure successful team performance.Travel required.Other duties as needed or required.

Requirements:10 - 15 years of experience in a high-level organizational communications environment, either in-agency or in-house.BA degree required.MA degree preferred.People management experience required.Prior experience working at a global company/agencyTrack record of successful internal communications and organizational culture programming, leadership and execution in a highly matrixed organization.Experience influencing and engaging a variety of internal corporate stakeholders.Global experience with diverse audiences and varied internal clients.Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to simplify complex issues and act quickly to drive results.Specific technical knowledge of relevant and modern corporate communications tools and platforms.Proven ability to manage external agencies and vendors.Bias-toward-action and self-starter.People-first leader and robust interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to stay calm in high pressure situations.Creative storyteller with a passion for engaging content.Strong at team collaboration.
