Remote / Must Live in the Northeast U.SType : Mid-Level (4+ years’ experience preferred)Position SummaryThis position will report to the Senior, Social Media Manager, on the Digital Marketing team, a part of Marketing Department. Top-level duties include documenting Trulieve’s corporate social media branding, tonality, and identity across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, live-streaming, recorded video and more.Responsibilities:Implement Social Strategy led by Senior Social Manager, curating to your specific marketsCapture video content across in-store activations, community events, and physician engagement.Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identificationGenerate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actionSet up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social contentModerate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each communityContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the informationCollaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate action

Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar (Not required)Social media management 4+ years’ experience preferredExperience with Sprinklr/Hootsuite/HubSpot/Meltwater or similarTravel: 40-50% in field visits (Northeast)Flexibility of hours – nights and weekendsTechnology proficiencyBelief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/resultsOrganized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment

WORK SCHEDULE:40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs.Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.
