The Senior Director of Marketing will report to the Chief Market Development & Strategy Officer and support all matters related to downstream marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plansSupport achievement of commercial goalsDevelop and manage budgets and operate within stated company policies and proceduresDevelop key messages and objection handlingDrive non-field personnel-based awareness and demandDrive patient awareness and educationManage downstream marketing team, including content creators and marketing channel managersOversee all trade show eventsSupport the initial and on-going education of the field teamWork with the sales and management teams to identify product & marketing needs for new and existing customersBuilding strong clinical relationships with target customers and thought leadersAttend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and servicesMaintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company imageRequirements:
Minimum of 10-12 years successful medical device experience, preferably within the neuromodulation or interventional pain fieldsMinimum of 5 years of people management experienceMinimum of Bachelor's Degree or commensurate relative work experience, MBA or equivalent desiredAbility to think strategically and executeAbility to communicate effectively amongst multiple teams and team membersAble and willing to meet the required travel of >30%
Pay Range:
$180,000 - $230,000 per year
