If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a UI Testing Lead to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).The UI Testing Lead will utilize their experience in Unemployment Insurance domain in the following Benefits areas Claims Intake, Weekly Certifications, Out of State Functions, Monetary and Non-Monetary Determinations, Overpayments, Appeals, USDOL compliance, IRS compliance The UI BA will also utilize their experience the following Tax areas like Employer establishment and maintenance, Contribution and Wage Reports, Employee Leasing, Billing and Collections, Liens, Fraud and Investigations, Appeals and Cashiering.Job Responsibilities Include:The Testing Lead will work alongside the State Team to assist with scheduling, prioritizing, and monitoring efforts to effectively communicate State program needs as they pertain to various Project Management knowledge areas. The Testing Lead will determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats. The Testing Lead will work with UAT testing teams to ensure the Business area is effectively represented in the UAT test cases.Additional duties may include:Utilizing best practices around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance related to SIT and UATCompetently working at the highest level while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.Coordinate with the business teams to identify new functionality when required and set reasonable expectations with end users, employers, and claimantsOptimize communication and test results as they relate to business needs and successful system testing.Required Qualifications

:Minimum 6 years work experience in government and Unemployment InsuranceMinimum 6 years work experience with Unemployment Insurance system projectsMinimum 6 years work experience with large scale development projectsMinimum 3 years working on large scale projects with Arkansas governmentPreferred Skills

:Experience working as Business Analyst on multiple state projectsExperience in tracking and reporting on project outcomesMinimum 5 years working in different state agencies and different programsWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $39,960 - $60,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
