The Director of Marketing Measurement will play a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making at Rocket Mortgage ® . This strategic position will oversee the development and implementation of measurement frameworks to evaluate full funnel media campaign performance. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Director will ensure consistency in measurement and reporting, support stakeholders in the interpretation of campaign results, and enable the optimization of media investments in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Mentor:

Oversee and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.Data-Driven Strategy:

Develop and implement a robust measurement framework to track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels.Advanced Analytics:

Utilize advanced analytics techniques and testing methodologies to uncover actionable insights and drive campaign performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align measurement strategies with business objectives and ensure data-driven decision-making.Reporting and Insights:

Develop standardized reporting processes and dashboards to communicate clear and actionable insights to key stakeholders.Optimization:

Identify opportunities to optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights, ensuring maximum ROI.Thought Leadership:

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge measurement strategy.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or a related field.Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Strong leadership and team management abilities.High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Background within the FinTech industry or a related field
