Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a Web Developer to support Public Sector Solutions.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Required skills:

Meets position qualifications.

Full Stack development experience.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience.

Experience with at least one of the following: Java, PHP, or Python.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good interpersonal skills.

Support multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

Willingness to expand current skillset.

Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.

DoD 8570 Compliance with IAT level 1 is required. (SEC+ce).



Desired skills:

Web development experience.

AWS experience (e.g. EC2, ASG, Lambda, etc.).

Experience in VUE.js, Node.js, Maven, Git.

Linux development experience.

Apache Tomcat and/or Nginx.

Querying and designing relational databases in MariaDB/MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle.

Solr query and administration.

Search experience and concepts (e.g. relevancy ranking).

Data analyst background.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polugraph)

Required Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in a Technical, Computer or Math related field with five (5) years experience in the following: Domain Name Server (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP) and IP routing protocols. A Bachelor’s Degree with seven (7) years experience; an Associate’s Degree with ten (10) years of experience may be substituted for the Master’s Degree. No degree with 10 years of experience implementing information technology solutions is acceptable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, traffic management and cloud computing experience are desired. DoD 8570 Compliance with IAT level 1 is required. (SEC+ce).

Our Web Developer (SME2) (Government) (Government) earns between $89,200 - $222,699 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
