This role is your opportunity to manage and lead your region's business, crafting and executing strategic plans that not only meet but exceed sales objectives. You'll have the chance to shape the future of our sales team, mentoring and developing high-performing Account Executives to achieve their full potential. Your leadership will directly influence the digital transformation journeys of some of the largest companies in the world.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS*Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.*Strategically plan and execute sales strategies to drive growth in your region.*Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exemplary service and support across your territory.*Actively participate in sales efforts, including legal contracting and resolving customer issues.*Attract, engage, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance sales culture.*Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to your team, including regular performance reviews.*Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams on planning and training activities.*Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED*Bachelor's Degree and significant experience in enterprise software sales, with prior leadership experience.*Deep knowledge of the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) market, including key competitors and industry trends.*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.*Strong business acumen with the ability to manage strategic partnerships and relationships at the executive level.*Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions in complex situations.*Established connections within key accounts in the region are a plus.*Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.SALARY STATEMENTThis job is expected topaya minimum base of $165,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.
