Role Overview:We are looking for a forward-thinking Content Manager to enhance our wellness application through content strategy and data-driven insights. This role involves crafting compelling content strategies and interactive design frameworks that resonate with our user base.You will be responsible for defining a content strategy that supports our product's positioning, differentiates us from competitors, and drives engagement. This includes establishing content themes, selecting impactful topics, choosing effective content formats, and designing user-friendly interaction methods.Responsibilities:Content Strategy:

Develop and implement a content strategy tailored to our target audience while aligning with our product management objectives.User-Centric Design:

Utilize user feedback to create content that aligns with our health solution goals. Design content experiences with optimal formats and delivery methods.Educational Strategy Development:

Create and refine strategies for educational modules that enhance user knowledge and skills related to health and wellness.Partnership and Workflow Optimization : Establish and manage content partnerships, streamline content production workflows, and ensure timely and effective content delivery.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze user engagement data to refine content recommendation algorithms and guide strategic content decisions.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in health-related fields.Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in health application content strategy. Experience with Health and Wellness apps such as Bettersleep, Muse, Whoop, Garmin, or similar company is highly valued.User Insight:

Deep understanding of user needs and app development dynamics.Skills:

Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.Content Expertise:

Experience in creating health-related multimedia and instructional content is a plus, but not required.
