As an established yet continuously expanding firm, our strength lies in our ability to listen to the market and develop solutions for their changing needs.Customer Service & Communications Representatives lead our team in engagement, discovery, and solutions by engaging with community members and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service.Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Communications Representative role:Initiate service education, customer acquisition, and sales process through direct contact with local community membersPrepare for consumer interactions through entry-level Customer Service & Communications Representative training and independent research on the network-managed services and capabilities in our local regionClarify current needs and wants with customers and determine their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and capacitiesBuild and utilize relationships with client representatives to outsource customer inquiries that may need additional service informationConnect with management and other Customer Service and Communications team members to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goals
