Job Details
The ideal candidate will be the voice of our brands across various social platforms and responsible for driving social media strategies and analyzing the performance of our social campaigns to enhance our brand presence and support our marketing goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple retail brands that aligns with the brand objectives and company goals to increase market share.Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, community management and customer engagement.Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate insights to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement.Manage and execute a content calendar for each brand to ensure consistency across platforms.Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand.2+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goodsProven ability to use social media platforms and analytics tools.
