The successful candidate will be a key leader responsible for the overall strategy, business development, and execution of sales initiatives. This role involves establishing long-range planning, setting sales goals, and ensuring the attainment of these objectives to maximize profitability. The Vice President will also provide leadership and influence in creating new business opportunities that align with the company's long-term strategy, as well as lead and optimize trade spending budgets. The role demands a proven track record in executive sales management, in-depth knowledge of various sales channels, and experience in team management and development.
