Responsibilities:What Will I Do?The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing advertising space across multiple media platforms.Identify and evaluate media channels that align with the target audience demographics and campaign objectives.Negotiate media rates, contracts, and placements with vendors to ensure optimal value and performance.Manage campaigns, collaborate with media planners, creative teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute effective media plans.Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring spending is within the allocated budget while maximizing ROI.Analyze campaign performance data to track the effectiveness of media buys and make adjustments as necessary.Provide detailed reports on media campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and access to new opportunities.

Qualifications:Do I Have What It Takes?Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.5+ Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in the advertising industry. Experience in the HVAC and Plumbing or other B2C Home Services industry highly preferred.Strong understanding of media planning and buying across various platforms (digital, TV, radio, print, etc.).Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong vendor relationships.Proficiency in media buying software and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Experience with programmatic buying and data-driven ad placements.Knowledge of emerging media trends and technologies.Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platformsWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
