Graphic Designer
to join the marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for bringing our brand to life by engaging with audiences through the design of sophisticated advertising, print collateral, and digital design. We're seeking someone with a keen eye for creative design that communicates our brand vision and educates our potential customers and employees through compelling graphics. You must demonstrate outstanding design abilities and verbal and written communication skills.What you'll do:Design and execute creative corporate, recruiting, and sales materials, including brochures, direct mail, presentations, social media, HTML emails, infographics, promotional materials, presentations, and adsHelp further develop brand development, style guide development, communications, and other graphic design projectsDemonstrate an understanding of graphic design, color, composition, typography, and layout and apply it across a variety of digital and print materialsDesign all related tradeshow and recruiting assets, such as printed handouts, booth materials, emails, ads, and presentationsTransform generic, text-heavy copy into graphically engaging and concise visuals by using infographics, charts, and diagramsCollaborate with other departments and provide online proofs, meet deadlines, inspect jobs for accuracyPrint, die cut, and ship non-digital materialsCommitment to and consistent ability to meet project deadlines while managing multiple priorities
Our ideal candidate will have the following:Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design or related field with 2-5 years working as a graphic designerPossess working knowledge of design, trends, brand development, and creative processExpertise in preparing design files for print production and developmentStrong collaborator; ability to work well within a team and across departmentsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly energetic atmosphereAbility to lead projects from concept to completion with a knack for connecting business strategy with content developmentA strategic thinker who pays attention to details, can proof their work, has strong written and communication skills, and has a keen eye for fixing errors like spelling, grammar, and formattingHighly skilled and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Additional Information:This full-time position has a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and paid time off. This position is a hybrid schedule.
