Description: We are seeking mid level to senior UX Researchers to join our Lifecycle Transformation Design team. Candidates should be well versed in a range of research methodologies, encompassing both evaluative and exploratory research, as well as validation testing. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with UX Designers to assess prototypes, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Comprehensive Research: Experience conducting comprehensive UX research, including evaluative research (usability testing and user interviews), exploratory research (user needs and behavior studies), and validation testing to confirm design hypotheses. Research Coordination: Demonstrated ability to propose, plan, and coordinate research initiatives effectively, including creating detailed research plans, securing stakeholder buy in, managing deadlines, scheduling participants, and ensuring successful execution. Data Synthesis: Proficiency in synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX research best practices and methodologies such as usability testing, interviewing, surveys, and heuristic evaluations. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma or the ability to quickly adapt to new tools. Experience with other UX design and research tools is beneficial. Communication & Collaboration: Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings through presentations, decks, and Figma annotations. Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy in for research initiatives.
