The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with Merchant Partners to drive acquisition, engagement, and usage. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results and execution excellence, particularly in the intersection of retail and credit. The Head of Partner Marketing will lead a cross-functional team, including General Managers, Partner CMOs, and professionals in analytics, risk, finance, and marketing operations, to ensure the delivery of industry-leading products and services that meet the evolving needs of clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in performance marketing, with at least 10 years in a managerial role, and a background in financial services. Deep expertise in digital marketing, customer engagement strategies, and new account growth capabilities is essential. The role demands a decisive, action-oriented leader who can motivate and inspire teams and is adept at managing in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Head of Partner Marketing will also be responsible for aligning with marketing delivery to ensure all interventions are in line with the company's governance standards and for assessing risks in business decisions.
