Opportunity Overview

ZeroFox seeks a Customer Marketing Manager with a passion for building stronger relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. Their mission is to build a community of fanatic brand advocates while driving growth. This person, reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, will be responsible for managing our global customer marketing strategy and execution across the US and international markets so that we may enhance customer advocacy, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increase overall loyalty and retention.

Role and responsibilities

Execute marketing-based programs to achieve retention growth targets, cross sell and upsell revenue, and strategic communications to segmented customer groupsAlign with customer success and account management strategies and deliver strong campaigns that meet broader company goalsStrategize, manage, and execute recurring customer communications and engagements such as physical and digital user forums, newsletters and digital communities.Identify areas of opportunity for upsell and cross sell revenue and develop campaigns that deliver revenue-oriented results.Deliver exceptional customer experiences by collaborating with onboarding, support, enablement and success teams.Foster and grow a customer advocacy program that includes website review, case study, satisfaction survey and video testimonial tactics.Measure the ROI and impact of customer marketing activities globally on customer retention and growth outcomes.Required qualifications and skills

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience creating and running demand generation or customer campaigns, typically obtained in 3+ years, including but not limited to digital, email, newsletters, webinars, online/print adverts and moreProven track record of partnership with cross-functional teams, such as account/customer management teams, sales leadership and customer operations teamsExperience in understanding how to prioritize and drive projects to completion and success, working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSuperior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise mannerDesired qualifications and skills

Can balance the analytical and creative worlds to achieve world class customer experiencesStrong understanding of a customer journey, lifecycle management and data analyticsExperience with complex MarTech Stacks including Marketo, SFDC, and 6SenseExperience with ABM tools like 6Sense, Drift, Mutiny and Uberflip
