Marketing & Communications Senior Specialist at Deloitte in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description The Marketing & Communications Senior Specialist serves as a trusted marketing advisor to his/her business leaders and key stakeholders. In this role you will oversee the strategy, planning and execution of best-in-class, integrated marketing campaigns that support a Deloitte business and/or industry program utilizing innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches, and leveraging the full capabilities of Marketing Excellence, to maximize market reach and impact. As Marketing & Communications Senior Specialist for SCNO, you'll also serve as a proxy for the SCNO's Business Chief Marketing Officer (BCMO). Responsibilities + Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to key SCNO stakeholders within Marketing network + Initiate and support development of strategic go-to-market campaigns in support of business priorities + Collaborate and liaise across marketing, alliances, industries/sectors and other enabling areas in support of campaign activities and tactical management + Define, maintain and drive prioritization of all SCNO marketing activities, including budget and resourcing + Own content development and optimization across channels, including but not limited to web, social media, events and internal intranet + Conduct competitive market assessments and advise on KPIs to assess campaign success, activity and channel levels to inform future strategy and tactics + Drive operational activities and requests, including resourcing, reporting, annual planning, and leadership presentation's + Coordinate eminence tracking across the business in collaboration with business stakeholders + Engage with SCNO practitioners' to support coordination, cross-collaboration and eminence across SCNO team + Leverage Data insights to direct marketing activities + Own and manage Enterprise Performance social media and blog channels + Ability to juggle many competing priorities and deadlines Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent field; MBA preferred + 3+ years of demonstrated success in fast-paced strategic roles with progressively advancing responsibility for shaping and pivoting business strategies for new/ nascent and existing technology-enabled offerings + Strong working knowledge of Sales, Marketing and go-to-market strategies and tactics + Skillful executive presence, presentation, and storytelling skills, with demonstrable ability to tactfully and effectively influence upward decision making and actions + Proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders from various levels and areas across a matrixed organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functional + Proficient with Agile Scrum and Workfront Project Management software + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. + Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Recruiting for this role ends on June 14, 2024. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,200 to $121,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.
