ABOUT THE POSITIONVHBs Atlanta, GA office is looking for a talented transportation designer to join our team.ResponsibilitiesWork within a team of professionals in developing transportation design and solutions for a multitude of transportation and highway-related projectsHighway designDrainage designTraffic control developmentPreliminary and final design plansContract documents, including specificationsEngineers construction cost estimatesSkills and AttributesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsComfortable working independently as well as on a teamDetail oriented, self-motivated, and committedStrong computer skillsCritical thinking and problem solvingQualificationsBS in Civil Engineering0-1 years of professional transportation engineering experienceEIT preferredMicroStation, AutoCAD / Civil3D, InRoads, HyrdroCAD experience a plusHiring Salary Range - $65,000 - $70,000. However, the final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, and experience.We are VHB!
